JHD Home Solutions (Pty) Ltd, the Mother Company, was registered midst Level 5 Lockdown on 2 May 2020. Living in South Africa comes with its own unique challenges when it comes to Security and Water Back-up. To find a reliable and cost-effective solution provider is just as much a challenge!!!  That is why we are here!

OUR PATH TO SUCCESS:

Having the necessary expertise and manufacturer support, we were immediately recognized as an essential service and began providing much needed security solutions in a very difficult time.  Growing from strenght to strenght we develop a footprint in the Commercial and Industry market and decided to start trading as JHD Security Solutions.

We have a strong believe in doing our small part to grow the local economy by making most or our equipment purchases from local Distributors where possible.  We started to design, supply, and install services that elevate our Customer’s Security, protecting their Valuable People, Assists and Premisses. JHD Security Solutions has a proven track record with the full Back-up of our suppliers and OEM’S.

Our Business Partners are the best in their field of production and supply.  We can and do tap into their vast knowledge base, whenever neccessary to supply our Customers with excellent service and ensure system stability and limited downtime to our valued Customer. 

JHD believe in staying on the forefront of new technology, therefore all our technitians are sent regulary on training supplied by our OEM’s on the lastest products, which are tested extensively in the field before we introduce the products to our Customers.Most of our OEM’s utelize us for pre-launch beta testing of certain products due to the harsh conditions that a lot of our sites are located in. Making sure that we are well aquinted with the new product as well as providing the OEM with detailed feedback on product performance. 

JHD Security Solutions now have Branches in Pretoria, Klerskdorp & Louis Trichardt and can assist our Customers with a fast responce time should they have any on-site issues or brakedowns. Further to this we deliver 24/7 standby with a qualified technitian available for all our customer’s emergencies.Further to this we provide online support for all our customers that are linked into our networks limiting down time and costly call outs.
